Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy:

For standard products return

  • If it is not the defective items and wrong items, we will not be responsible for the return shipping, and the customer shall bear it.
  • We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned package, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee may have been deducted from the refund.
  • Therefore, we recommend that you read the descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to consult our customer service([email protected]) if you have any questions to ensure that the product you purchase is suitable for your car.

Customized products do not support returns.

  • For customized products, once you confirm that the customized information is correct and production has started, we will not accept any changes to customized information or refunds.
  • For customized products, if the product does not have any quality and defect issues, we will not accept any replacement or return.

Note:

  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and kept in the same state as when they were received. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Our return policy is valid for 60 days. If it has been more than 60 days after your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

Refund Policy:

  • For customized products, once you confirm that the customized information is correct and production has started, we will not accept any changes to customized information or refunds.
  • If you have special requirements for customization, you can contact us via email [email protected], or leave a message on the order comment. If there is no customization information in the notes on your order, we will customize your product according to the product style displayed in the store. If the customized information is wrong due to this, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
  • We will issue refund only after the returned items have been received. An email will be sent to you to confirm your refund request has been approved or not based on the conditions of the items.
  • If the product has any quality problems, we can re-customize and ship it to you free of charge, except for damage caused by human factors. If the problem is not resolved after negotiation, we will refund you (not including the shipping cost of the shipped product).
  • If the refund is approved, we will process the refund within one day and notify you that we have issued the refund for you. The time it takes for the money to be credited to your account depends on the individual bank. It may not be immediate, but typically takes 3-5 business days to be returned to your credit card or original payment method.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel the order, and your order has not been shipped, you can contact us via email [email protected], or communicate with us in the customer service window on our website. (Note: If you want to cancel the order, please be sure to complete it before shipping).
  • If your order has been shipped, we will not agree to cancel the order. You can contact us via email [email protected], or communicate with us in the customer service window on our website. In special circumstances, we will refund you the same amount as the product price (the shipping fee should be borne by you, not refundable).
  • For customized products, once you confirm that the customized information is correct and production has started, we will not accept any changes to customized information or cancel the order.
  • To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Consumer Guarantee Policy:

  • 12 months warranty and excellent after-sales service.
  • In some cases, only partial refunds are given.
    For example, any item in non-original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons other than our fault, or any item returned more than 30 days after the return.

How to return the package?

If you receive defective items and wrong items, please contact us within 15 days after the order is delivered. For items with 12 months warranty, please contact us in time for solutions. We recommend that customers keep the original packaging of the item until it is confirmed that there is no problem with the item. Our customer service may ask you to send pictures or videos to show the product issues and the original packaging for confirmation of the situation. They will help you solve any problems related to the product or order. (Please take a clear picture in a well-lit environment so that we can identify and verify the problem.)

  • After receiving our reply, please send the return package according to our requirements (if not, we will not be responsible for any problems).
