How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Receiving Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time
The processing time of the product is generally 1-3 days, and the delivery time depends on the carrier you choose and the place of receipt. Please see our “Shipping Policy” for details.
Find my account (portrait icon) in the upper right corner of the webpage, click on it to see the login and registration page, fill in your information under register, and complete the registration according to the prompts.
How do I change my shipping address?
When placing an order, fill in the delivery address on the checkout page. Please pay attention to whether the billing address is consistent with the delivery address. If not, please fill in “Ship to a different address”. If the order has been placed but has not been shipped, please contact customer service in time for processing. It is not possible to change the address if the package has already been shipped.
How do I track the status of my order?

Will you keep my credit card information on file?
Your credit card information will not be provided to us. We can only view order related information.
Hello, we do not charge sales tax. If your country or region has to charge import duties, you will need to pay them yourself.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
